All Fees for Non Immigrant Petitions, including USCIS fees, postage and costs,

are as follows:

Legal fees: $800-1,200 (depending upon complexity of case)

USCIS fees: N-400 Application $595, finger printing fee $80

FedEx and other costs: $80
